Job Description:
United Electronics Company is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time position with Mid-to-Senior Level seniority, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered through our digital channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of chat support agents to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through chat support. 3. Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 4. Train and mentor chat support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to drive innovation and improvement. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support management. 2. Driven and independent personality traits, with a strong focus on achieving goals and exceeding customer expectations. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with both customers and team members. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box to deliver delight to customers. 5. Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance improvements. 6. Proficiency in chat support platforms and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
