Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Medina, SA. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed. 2. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team is meeting performance goals. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues that require managerial intervention. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service across all channels. 6. Train new chat support agents on company policies, procedures, and systems. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 6. Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances. 7. Strong negotiation skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and chat support software. 9. Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
