Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager


Job Description:


ACWA Power is looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support and chat management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, providing leadership and support to ensure excellent customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of chat support operations. - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Analyze chat support metrics and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.


Requirements: - Proven experience in chat support management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - Resourceful and hardworking with the ability to adapt to changing environments. - Proficiency in chat support systems and tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). - Visa sponsorship and relocation to Mecca, SA required.
