Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat support team to ensure excellent customer service and support for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the chat support team to deliver exceptional customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor chat support agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology and methods. 7. Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to chat support agents.


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service. - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
