Job Description:
As a Chat Support Manager at Saudi Electricity Company, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide assistance to customers through online chat platforms. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, ensuring that they are providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat support operations to ensure that customer inquiries are being handled promptly and effectively - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement - Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a chat support management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Experience with strategic planning and cooperation - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed
