As a Chat Support Manager at Savola Group in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and maintain a positive work environment within the team.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of chat support representatives. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency. 3. Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and software tools. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 6. Analyze chat performance metrics and report on key performance indicators. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat support. 8. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. 9. Develop and maintain chat support procedures and guidelines. 10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Motivated and hardworking individual with a positive attitude. 5. Excellent presentation and creativity skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software. 8. Experience with workforce management tools is a plus.
