Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


SABIC is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time associate level position, the Remote Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide customer service and technical support through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of chat support agents to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Develop and implement training programs for chat support agents to enhance their product knowledge and communication skills. 5. Analyze chat transcripts to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. 6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the chat support platform is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Provide regular reports to management on chat support performance and key insights.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to analyze data and research customer issues to provide effective solutions. 6. Motivated and reliable with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. 7.
