Job Description:
L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a Chat Support Manager to work remotely from home in Medina, SA. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer service and chat support, looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently - Monitor chat support performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction - Develop and implement chat support strategies to optimize productivity and enhance the customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless support experience across all channels - Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Analyze chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service and chat support - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and persuasion skills - Previous experience managing a team of chat support agents is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
