Job Description - Chat Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Officer to join our team at SABIC in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service - Utilize innovation and creativity to develop new solutions and improve existing processes - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their queries - Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement - Meet and exceed performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and efficiency


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple concurrent chat sessions while maintaining quality and accuracy - Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
