Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide live chat support to customers on various platforms - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate department - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms - Previous experience in a customer support or chat support role is preferred
