Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is at an Associate Level with a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, helping customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer support - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns - Strong decision-making skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in both English and Arabic
