Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a customer service role with opportunities for growth within the company. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell products or services when appropriate - Work independently to manage chat support queues and prioritize tasks - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism - Independent worker who can manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits and upsell to customers
