Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, but we are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals who possess leadership qualities and a passion for research.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products or services to customers - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Document chat interactions and follow up on customer requests as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in typing and using chat support software - Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
