Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Officer to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to address customer inquiries and concerns - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Must be driven and resilient with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach - Proficiency in Arabic and English languages - Experience using chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
