Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


The Saudi Electricity Company is seeking a hardworking and driven individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. In this part-time role based in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat channels. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately via chat. 2. Assist customers in navigating the company website and online services. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills at all times. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Continuously improve chat support processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support tools. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be driven and hardworking.
