Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs. 3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Document and manage customer interactions and information accurately in the company's system. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Strong adaptability to changing customer needs and business requirements. 3. Leadership skills to take ownership of customer interactions and provide effective solutions. 4. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
