Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

The National Industrialization Company is seeking a motivated and passionate Chat Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through chat support in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 4. Recognize and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times. 6. Utilize persuasion and presentation skills to promote products and services. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in using chat support software and systems. 5. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 6. Ability to use persuasion and presentation skills effectively. 7.
