Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry level position with zero experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat platforms in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and procedures. 6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and implementing solutions. 7. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for quality assurance.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and motivated personality traits. 2. Strong critical thinking and analysis skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in typing and computer usage. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
