Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Chat Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and possess strong research and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide fast and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer support process - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
