Job Description:
Al Tazaj, a leading fast-food chain in Jeddah, SA, is seeking a reliable and dedicated Chat Support Representative to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning to effectively handle customer interactions and exceed performance targets - Demonstrate adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and deliver exceptional service - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels
Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills in English and Arabic - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - Bachelor's degree preferred
