We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. As a Chat Support Representative, you will work from home and be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals who are confident and independent.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner
