Job Description:
As a Chat Support Specialist at Herfy Food Services Co in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for reliable and energetic individuals with strong critical thinking and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently via online chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Accurately document customer interactions and update records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately - Strong critical thinking skills to assess and solve customer problems effectively - Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Must be reliable and able to work independently - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Previous experience in customer service or online support is a plus, but not required - Must be willing to undergo training and professional development
