Remote Chat Support Specialist

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits - Strong people management and critical thinking skills - Experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new software tools
