Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Team player with excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms
