Chat Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat platforms, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner - Demonstrate innovation in finding creative solutions to customer problems - Manage projects related to improving customer support processes and efficiency - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and computer skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be reliable and punctual - Must be energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Soft skills in innovation and project management are highly desired
