Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

We are currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from home in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess key personality traits such as resilience and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a professional and timely manner - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company guidelines and standards for communication with customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Experience with customer support software is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Strong people management skills to handle challenging customer interactions
