Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat communications with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong cooperation and persuasion skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
