Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to work from home in Mecca, SA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is resilient and driven, with strong research and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with questions and provide accurate information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Document and track customer interactions in the chat system for future reference - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to chat support effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Experience with CRM systems is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
