We are seeking a confident and adaptable Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Confidence and a positive attitude
