Job Description: Al-Yamama is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining client relationships - Conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and recommend solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible service delivery to clients - Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client relations processes - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Innovative thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving - Experience in client relations or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
