Job Description:
Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a teamwork environment.
Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses and solutions - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
