Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company. This part-time position is based in Riyadh, SA, and is ideal for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and any other technical support they may need - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account performance - Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products or services to existing clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
