Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Assist in communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Assist in resolving client issues and complaints - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback - Assist in developing strategies to improve client relations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Perform administrative tasks to support the client relations team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and driven attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
