Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Post is seeking a passionate and driven Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will work remotely from home, providing support to our clients in the Medina area. This role is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Medina area - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and professional responses - Assist with resolving any client issues or concerns in a satisfactory manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and loyalty - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Highly driven and self-motivated - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
