Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Saudi Post. This is a work-from-home position based in Mecca, SA. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product and service information to clients in a professional and courteous manner - Help clients navigate our website and online tools to access the information they need - Assist in resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate client activities and ensure a seamless experience - Document client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to think on your feet - Strong persuasion and analysis skills to effectively communicate with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in Arabic and English
