Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Saudi Airlines is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time role at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide clients with product information and support to meet their needs - Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints efficiently and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Prepare reports and presentations on client engagement and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in planning and implementing client events and promotions - Support the team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and building client relationships - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
