Remote Client Relations Associate

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, motivated, and possesses strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions - Assist in the development and implementation of client communications and outreach strategies - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client relations efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience in project management is a plus
