Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inquiries and concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and possess the personality traits of resilience and passion.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company offerings, updates, and industry trends - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking action to improve as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and secure renewals from existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
