Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This position will be responsible for managing relationships with clients remotely and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Research industry trends and client feedback to provide innovative solutions that meet clients' needs - Provide support in conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients at all times

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and drive results - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Highly innovative and able to think critically - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
