Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Relations Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating effective communication between the client and our internal teams. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions or support as necessary - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients - Monitor client accounts and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and deliverables - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities with existing clients - Attend client meetings and conferences as needed to represent the company and promote our services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
