Client Relations Associate

At Al Tazaj, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client relations or customer service.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and energetic, able to adapt to changing circumstances and make quick, effective decisions. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and address any concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
