Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction - Coordinate and attend client meetings and events as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing excellent customer service and support

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
