Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Client Relations Associate to join our team at Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time position, this entry-level role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the soft skills of innovation and emotional intelligence, along with a strong desire to contribute to our meaningful mission.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Innovative and able to think outside the box - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Remote work flexibility
