Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic with the ability to analyze data effectively and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients remotely - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Assist with the development of client retention strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
