Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. 4. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly. 5. Assist in organizing client events, meetings, and presentations. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
