Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Binladin Group, a leading construction company in Mecca, SA, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Provide product or service information to clients and assist with problem-solving. 4. Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Track and report on client interactions, feedback, and trends. 7. Meet or exceed sales and retention targets set by management. 8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance client relations skills.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service. 2. Proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.
