Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients on behalf of the company - Managing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Handling client feedback and escalations professionally - Contributing to the development of client engagement strategies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail and presentation abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction goals
