Remote Client Relations Manager

As a Remote Client Relations Manager at National Water Company, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out and developing new client partnerships. This position requires a confident and driven individual with at least 7 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify potential new clients and develop strategies to attract and onboard them - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Prepare regular reports and updates on client activities and satisfaction levels - Travel to client locations as needed to foster strong relationships and understanding of their needs

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Confident and driven personality traits
