Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Mecca, SA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This position is part-time, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded - Monitor client satisfaction through regular communication and feedback - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations - Provide leadership and guidance to team members on client relations best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for client relationship management

Requirements: - Passionate about client relations and committed to delivering exceptional service - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively - Excellent cooperation and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
