Remote Client Relations Manager

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team. This part-time position, based in Jeddah, SA, is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Monitor key performance indicators and work towards meeting or exceeding client expectations - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client satisfaction and sales performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and project management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
